This study examined the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the\njob-seekers� viewpoint of organizational identification. First, corporate social responsibility\nindicators were constructed by reviewing, analyzing, and classifying the content\nof the CSR website in Taiwan. The CSR indicators of industrial relations were\nintegrated. The questionnaire was conducted to investigate the interviewees� on the\nopinions of CSR and organizational identification (OI). It is intended that the results\nof these studies could be helpful in enhancing companies� identification with corporate\nsocial responsibility, and be further applicable in the design of corporate recruitment\nactivities. Conclusions are as followed: 1) corporate social responsibility is predicted\nfrom three important dimensions: labor and social care, corporate operations,\nand environmental protection. 2) A total of 35 corporate social responsibility indicators\nare established for evaluation the industrial relationship of companies in Taiwan,\nwhich could be used as reference by both job seekers and companies. 3) The job\nseekers� organization identification with corporate social responsibility indicators is\nrelated to various variables, such as gender, age, educational background, profession\nfield, and current employment status....
A Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the final decision maker of an enterprise and is\nthe central figure influencing the culture of that enterprise. A CEO has a personal\nbrand, which in collusion with a corporation�s business brand casts a halo effect\nupon clients, customers, and employees, both present and potential. To date, most of\nthe research on personal brands has been restricted to discussions over methods of\nbuilding up personal brands: there has been no definitive research towards the construction\nof an evaluative scale of business CEO personal brands. Our current research\nhas developed just such a scale, using seven evaluative dimensions to measure\nthe work standards, competency, charisma, personality, values, character, and leadership\nqualities of a CEO. This unique scale enables users to clearly distinguish the\npersonal brand of a business CEO. Researchers such as Bennis and O�Toole (2000)\nhave suggested that boards of directors need to find more effective means of selecting\ntheir CEOs [1]. We believe that our scale can and should assist boards of directors\nfaced with the question of whether a CEO�s personal brand meets the expectations of\ntheir enterprise....
Although knowledge management is a necessary part of strategic development\nof organizations, resources and improvement in competition, since it is always\nseen just as a temporary solution, most of related experiences have faced failure.\nMoreover since projects are mostly temporary and after they are done\nsome of the main team members leave the company, this means the knowledge\ngoes with them so this will cost future projects more money and time. In\nthe present study we will try to find the main barriers for knowledge transmission\nand to rank them by statistical method of Analytic Hierarchy Process\n(AHP). In the end it comes to conclusion that despite the existence of the\nProject Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), it has been overlooked.\nThe main barriers are the lack of organizational culture of preserving and\nsharing the knowledge and lack of trust and appreciation for using it\nthroughout the company....

Since the establishment of China�s securities market in 1990s, the stock issuing\nsystem has experienced many times of changes. In most of the time, the\ndistribution mechanism was a kind of audit system, which led to many enterprises\nto list on queuing, which is combined with several times of IPO pauses,\nmaking it harder to go public. In such background, listing qualifications of\npublic companies have become a scarce resource and shell trade has become\npopular.
